Do you ship items?

At the moment, we are no longer shipping treats. Orders are only for the Las Vegas market currently.

Do you offer refunds?

At the moment, we do not offer refunds for any products. If you have an issue with your orders, you can contact via email - taylor@thecupcave.com

How long do your products last?

The CupCave does not use any preservatives and we also bake all our orders fresh! Scones and brookies are best eaten within 2-3 days if not refrigerated. If kept in fridge, scones and brookies will last up to 7 days. If kept in freezer, scones and brookies can last up to a month. Cupcakes are best eaten within 5 days. Cupcakes must be stored in refrigerator and can be kept up to 10 days.

Do you have a storefront?

The Cupcave is current an online business only. We do offer pickup/delivery in the Vegas area. We are also a vendor at Lulus monthly plant based pop up markets and other markets throughout the year.

We are currently at the District at Green Valley farmers market on Thursdays from 9-1 and Downtown Summerlin market every other Saturday from 9-2.
